Annual League Meeting
The Annual meeting will be held during the Sunday break between prelims and finals of the REAL Championship meet.
All head coaches or their designee shall have a voice and vote (1) PER TEAM at this meeting.

At all REAL meetings, the following shall be the Order of Business:
- Roll Call
- Approval of minutes
- Report of the host team head coach or designee
- Unfinished business
- Selection of the next host club
- New business.
- Resolutions and Order
- Adjournment

Special Meetings
Special Meetings may be called by the host team and completed by telephone, e-mail or voice. The purpose of this meeting is to review current REAL Championships meet operations and make recommendations for the next championships.
